All packages will be shipped via USPS using either First Class or Priority mail services and comes with tracking. Once the package has is in the hands of USPS, Collectively Crystal is no longer reponsible. Each order is carefully packaged to prevent damange. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office.

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, and putting on lotions.
